Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of 4Winn and the public site. You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.

Chips are play credits. They are sold at one US dollar per chip and redeemed at the same rate under platform rules; they carry no value outside 4Winn and are not a deposit, security or investment.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, collusion, automated play or any attempt to manipulate a game outcome.

Game results are settled on the server, and the recorded result is final. Where a technical fault prevents a legitimate settlement, the platform may void the affected round and return the stakes.
